About This Tincture
This mullein leaf tincture is crafted in small batches using mullein harvested directly from our land in Sparta, Missouri. The plants are never sprayed or fertilized and are gathered with care, just as nature intended.
Traditional Use & Herbal Profile
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) has a long history of traditional use in herbalism, particularly for respiratory and throat support. Herbalists have also valued mullein for its gentle, soothing nature and its role in supporting overall balance within the body.
Mullein naturally contains plant compounds such as flavonoids and saponins, which are commonly studied in botanical research and are associated with supportive, protective plant functions.

Sourcing & Preparation
Our mullein is harvested from land we personally steward, ensuring quality, purity, and respect for the plant. This tincture is prepared in small batches using traditional extraction methods to preserve the plant’s natural characteristics.
How to Use
Take 2-3 dropperfuls, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
Sublingual Use (Under the Tongue)
Herbal tinctures are often taken sublingually, meaning they are placed under the tongue. This area contains a rich network of small blood vessels, which allows compounds to be absorbed directly through the oral tissues.
Because of this, sublingual use is traditionally preferred by many herbalists as a simple and efficient way to take tinctures.
Some individuals may notice a warming or “spicy” sensation due to the alcohol content. This is normal. If preferred, the tincture can be mixed with a few drops of water before placing it under the tongue to reduce intensity while still allowing for sublingual absorption.
If still too uncomfortable to take this way then you can add to water, juice or tea to drink.
